Mid-Year Convention

It’s been awhile since we had our convention, so it’s no wonder this weekend’s fellowship was much anticipated and well attended. Thankfully, the saints were not disappointed, for God did visit His people mightily.

The 2-day convention was held at Jabez Campsite in Dasmarinas Cavite, organized and arranged by the ministerial fellowship.

The meeting was also highlighted by the presence of our visiting brother and pastor from Brussels, Belgium, Leonard Lifese. He has been in the country since the 10th of May and visited a number of churches in the south, particularly Southern Leyte and Mindanao.

Brother Leonard preached mightily in three services, wherein he emphasized on important matters that many seem to be taking for granted. He spoke about the importance of the “thus saith the LORD” apart from what the preachers say, God’s accountability over His own Word, the Bride being the same as Christ - Word made flesh, and the Gospel of the Kingdom.

Brother Leonard preached the Word mightily it shook the saints to tears and shouts of praise. God has reatly vindicated His Word and blessed His saints.

Beside our guest speaker, the ministering of the Word was shared by the new preachers who are arising from our churches. Their pastors supported them by doing the work of MC’s in the services.

The saints also magnified God in testimonies of divine healing. And on the second day, 2 souls were baptized in response to the Word of God.
